Job summary

Unshakable Builders is seeking a Site Superintendent in Wilson, NC to lead daily field operations, coordinate subs and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on assigned residential construction projects.

You will use Buildertrend for daily logs, photos, and documentation, enforce OSHA policies, and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to resolve issues and move projects toward successful completion.

Qualifications

• Proven residential construction site leadership experience (custom homes preferred).
• Strong scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control capability.
• Comfortable using Buildertrend and mobile documentation/photo uploads.
• Knowledge of OSHA practices and jobsite safety enforcement.
• Valid state license (as required) and clean driving record for company vehicle eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, access, and jobsite readiness.
• Identify risks early and communicate solutions to the Senior Project Manager.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Maintain clean, orderly, secure jobsites and support drug/alcohol policy procedures.
