• Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• 4+ years of HVAC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch from home to service calls for residential and commercial clients.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Document service activity and process payments using an iPad.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff; participate in overtime/on-call.

Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Washington, PA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; overtime opportunities and on-call rotation

Pay: $35-$45 per hour depending experience

We are hiring a Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment throughout the Washington, PA area. You will dispatch directly from home and be trusted to represent our team professionally on every call.

Compensation

$35-$45 per hour depending on experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of HVAC trade school
• Valid driver's license
• Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Ability to use an iPad
• 4+ years of experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting, collecting residential payments, and flat-rate software experience
