Shearer Heating A/C and Refrigeration is seeking a Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment throughout the Washington, PA area. You will dispatch directly from home and be trusted to represent our team professionally on every call.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and HVAC trade school completion.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• 4+ years of HVAC troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch from home to service calls for residential and commercial clients.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Document service activity and process payments using an iPad.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff; participate in overtime/on-call.
