Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to design, install, and service premium residential alarm systems. You will visit customer sites, perform walkthroughs, and work with the care team to tailor security solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will replace/install components, test operations, and document inventory as you deliver high-quality, safe, and reliable service. Strong customer service and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential alarm installation experience.
• HS Diploma or GED; certifications/licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and service alarm systems in residential homes.
• Troubleshoot technical problems.
• Maintain inventory transactions job to job.
• Install and test equipment operations and verify signals.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality for the customer.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and fleet.
