Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance required.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for team members.
• Ensure training and compliance with Title 22 regulations.
• Lead staff scheduling and budget adherence.
• Monitor medication administration and maintain records.
• Update medical charts and care plans; maintain daily resident records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, doctors, and families.
