Qualifications

• Experience overseeing pre-award and post-award sponsored project activities and research support services.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and research administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for research administration activities across the College of Liberal Arts and develop strategies to improve research support services and operational efficiency.
• Supervise College Research Support Office staff, manage hiring, training, workload, performance, and service standards.
• Coordinate compliance oversight for research administration across college units and liaise with central offices on policy changes and sponsor requirements.
• Provide guidance on complex proposals, awards, contracts, subawards, and research collaborations with faculty and units.
• Develop training programs and materials for staff, foster collaboration, and participate in university committees and initiatives.
