Job summary

The Texas A&M University System Offices in Dallas seeks a Senior Research Compliance Administrator to lead compliance programs across the System, including human subjects, animal care, biohazards, conflicts of interest, and research misconduct. You will coordinate SOP development, training, and reporting with System members and external partners.

Under general direction, you will act as a subject matter expert, coordinate reviews, and stay current with regulations while supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six years of related experience.
CPIA, CIP, CHRC or other relevant certification preferred.
This is a security-sensitive position and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

Supports Research Compliance Office leadership in administering research compliance programs across human subjects research, animal research oversight, biohazards, financial conflicts of interest, research misconduct, AI in research, and other areas.
Conducts preliminary programmatic reviews and assists in developing recommendations to enhance initiatives.
Serves as a liaison with System members and external stakeholders for compliance questions and incidents.
Coordinates training activities including seminars, newsletters, and system-wide meetings.
Participates in site visits to build relationships and provide guidance on applicable regulations.
Maintains SOPs and other guidance; ensures processes are followed through periodic reviews.
