Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in the United States. The role emphasizes patient care, clinical orientation, and leadership to elevate Meijer Pharmacy services.

The pharmacist will fill prescriptions, educate patients, mentor technicians, and uphold Meijer policies while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong focus on communication, organization, and team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and active license in the practice state.
• Experience in retail/community pharmacy preferred.
• Immunization Certification (except in Indiana) may be required.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Build positive relationships with patients, staff and leadership.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy technicians to improve service.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
• Communicate effectively and drive pharmacy operations when needed.
