Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in Michigan. You will fill prescriptions, educate patients, mentor technicians, and uphold Meijer policies while delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role you will oversee daily operations in the pharmacist’s absence and provide clinical services, including immunizations, within regulatory guidelines. Retain a patient-first approach and join a family-focused retailer with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a Doctorate/Pharmacy degree and current licensure in the practice state.
• Immunization certification required (except Indiana).
• Retail/Community pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Mentor pharmacy technicians and lead the pharmacy team.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Provide clinical services where allowed, including immunizations.
