Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Proficient computer skills and typing.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Guides and directs all branch activities with the Branch Manager
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions’ solutions
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Partners with leadership on new business development and community financial wellness
• Provides coaching to junior bankers to improve product knowledge
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services
• Educates about digital banking tools (mobile, online, ATM)
• Ensures optimal customer experience in greeting and transactions
• Oversees branch operations and compliance
• Resolves escalated issues in the Branch Manager’s absence
• References customers to internal experts for broader financial goals
• Follows bank processes and safety regulations
