Hope Network in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician for third shift. You will lead Rehab Tech I–III, supervise daily client care, coordinate with medical providers, and ensure a safe, person-centered environment that supports independence and growth.

Join a team focused on empowering individuals recovering from TBI/SCI, balancing hands-on care with coaching, scheduling, and program quality. Hours are 3rd shift, full-time, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, you'll help clients reach meaningful milestones while fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes safety, growth, and exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
