Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Lead Rehab Technician for Oakwood in East Lansing, MI. This 3rd shift, 40-hour position involves guiding Rehab Tech I–III staff, coordinating with medical providers, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for clients with TBI/SCI.

You will supervise staff, assist with ADLs, medications, and daily activities, and help maintain a safe environment. A 2-year degree or equivalent leadership experience is required along with a valid license and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience with high school diploma accepted.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, you'll help clients reach meaningful milestones while fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes safety, growth, and exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
