Job summary

Hope Network in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Rehab Technician I for 3rd shift (16 hours). You will support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI as they rebuild strength, independence and quality of life, through hands-on assistance with daily living, hygiene, and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
