Hope Network in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Lead Rehabilitation Technician for the 3rd shift to support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI. The role blends hands-on client care with leadership, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services to help clients regain independence.

You will lead Rehab Tech I–III, participate in on-call rotations, coordinate with medical providers, assist with ADLs and medications, and help maintain a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent leadership experience with a HS diploma/G.E.D.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Lead with purpose while changing lives! As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, you'll help clients reach meaningful milestones while fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes safety, growth, and exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II and III staff
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities

What You Bring

Required:

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree.
• Valid driver's license
