Job summary

Mercy Health in Lorain is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to lead the Care Delivery Team, directing nursing care for a defined patient group with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The CN II precepts new staff and demonstrates competency across ages and conditions.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, graduation from a state-accredited nursing program, and ongoing education including ACLS; orientation and basic orientation are included, with a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• 12 contact hours CE annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification; ACLS required.
• Ability to communicate well with diverse groups.
