Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor for Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, TX. The role oversees admitting workflows and ensures accurate entry of patient and insurance data.

You will train staff, resolve enrollment issues, and coordinate with clinical and billing teams to maintain compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required; Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities; high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and work under pressure.
