Restore Hyper Wellness in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to blend clinical leadership with business-minded operations. You will mentor the nursing team, ensure safety and compliance, and oversee medical services within the studio to deliver high-quality care.

As a clinical leader, you’ll drive med-dept revenue, partner with the General Manager on activations, schedule staffing, and model servant leadership in a fast-paced wellness environment, empowering staff and elevating

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IVs/injections.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and patient care.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to compliance and continuous learning.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.
• Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.
• Partner with the GM to develop activations (e.g., Performance Medicine) to meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
• Collaborate with the GM and leadership to integrate medical services into studio operations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and contribute to a high-performance culture.
