Job summary

Clarity Care is seeking an experienced Residential Registered Nurse to lead day-to-day operations of the Residential team and ensure quality of care across our homes. You will delegate medications, supervise direct care, and drive quality assurance in line with DHS 13, 83, 88, and chapters 50 & 51.

Responsibilities include supporting the Occupational Health program, coordinating with management, and delivering required trainings.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Wisconsin (s.441.06).
• Two years of experience with persons with developmental and physical disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS 13, 83, 88, and chapters 50 & 51 regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel to group homes throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Residential staff, including staff direction and development and direct care.
• Delegate medications to Residential staff and ensure safe administration in compliance with DHS 83 & 88.
• Support quality assurance, improvement efforts, and DHS compliance.
• Assist in the Occupational Health Department and participate in required trainings for new hires.
