Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with current pin.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and review care plans with residents in mind.
• Experience with medication management and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centered care.
• Champion independence and personal choice in care plans.
• Oversee medicine management on shift per policy and law.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families and visitors.
• Ensure positive resident experience from admission to discharge.
• Participate in inspections and ensure readiness for reviews.
