Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license
• Current, valid CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly
• Deliver nursing care and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify staff of changes
• Identify problems and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and charting
