Job summary

North Wind Dynamics, LLC in Piketon, Ohio seeks a Manager, RMDC to lead records management, document control and configuration management across programs. You will ensure proper capture, storage, retrieval, and protection of records in compliance with federal and contractual requirements.

The role requires strategic direction, staff leadership, and interaction with project teams, QA, engineering and government customers. Must obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of combined supervisory and relevant expereince.
• Strong knowledge of records management principles, configuration control, and document control practices.
• Experience working with electronic document and records management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract performance as Portsmouth Site Records Custodian and manage records across media.
• Serve as Records Subject Matter Expert and mentor RMDC staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
• Assign work, set priorities, and manage workloads for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal DOE directives and site procedures.
• Support audits, assessments, and corrective actions related to records management.
