Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, Inc. in Millersville, Maryland is seeking a Reconstruction Operations Manager to oversee the reconstruction department and lead our team of Project Managers.

This in-person role requires strong construction and insurance restoration expertise and a proven ability to drive projects from planning through completion. You will oversee PMs, review project performance, ensure adherence to carrier and TPA requirements, and maintain communication with homeowners,

Qualifications

• Experience in residential insurance restoration is required.
• Strong understanding of insurance carrier and TPA workflows is required.
• Experience managing Project Managers is preferred.
• Experience with carrier programs and managed repair networks is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reconstruction Project Managers and hold them accountable for scheduling, communication, and profitability.
• Review active reconstruction projects regularly and identify issues like delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure projects are properly planned before work begins and that carrier/TPA requirements are followed.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and subcontractor pricing; manage final billing.
• Train and develop Project Managers and drive process improvements in reconstruction.
