Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide technical governance for reciprocating and turbomachinery across North American assets. The role focuses on design, commissioning, operation, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical compression equipment.

The successful candidate will advise BU engineering teams, improve specifications, and represent TC Energy on industry forums to influence standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE license.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and turbomachinery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for reciprocating equipment and turbomachinery standards and specs.
• Lead engineering standards development and evaluation of performance data.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors on technical issues.
