Job summary

D’Asign Source is seeking a Lead Receiver to manage daily receiving, inspection, labeling, staging, and storage of materials in a busy warehouse environment. You will coordinate with warehouse staff, reinforce procedures, and maintain accurate inventory records while assisting with training and daily operations.

The role requires at least two years in warehouse work, forklift experience, and familiarity with inventory systems; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with inventory systems, barcode scanners, POs, packing slips, and receiving docs preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment required.
• Valid driver’s license when operating company vehicles or deliveries.
• Prior lead or trainer experience preferred.
• Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, document, label, stage, and store incoming materials.
• Verify shipments against POs, packing slips, bills of lading, quantities, and units of measure.
• Identify and report shortages, overages, damage, substitutions, and discrepancies.
• Enter receiving information into inventory management system; maintain documentation.
• Communicate receiving priorities and workflow to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on guidance, training support, and daily direction.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and location audits.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment.
• Support picking, staging, shipping, and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized receiving and warehouse areas.
