Job summary

DCL Logistics is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments, inspect goods, and maintain inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/receiving, 2+ years of leadership, and strong communication skills; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus, with a High School diploma or GED preferred. On-site role in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse or Receiving.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for Receiving inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist shift planning with supervisor to ensure coverage.
• Delegate workload to Receiving personnel to meet SLAs.
• Oversee Receiving issues and communicate with Client Services.
• Train incoming Receiving clerks on procedures and goals.
• Handle inbound shipments: unload, sort, inspect, put away.
• Print pallet tags and perform material put-aways.
• Enter inbound receipts in the system and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain records for Inbound Log, Receiving Hold, and Receiving Hot Board.
• Adhere to 5S standards and ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
