Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate law, land use, zoning, permits, and development contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
• Ability to manage complex settlements, disputes, and pre-litigation matters across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on all aspects of real estate and facilities projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate-related agreements (leases, MSAs, estoppels).
• Oversee contractor relations, delays, change orders, and disputes.
• Advise on planning/design phases and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to align with strategy.
