Job summary

Simon is seeking a leader to direct the daily operations of multiple Ready Mix production facilities. You will oversee safety, quality, production, and environmental goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.

This role focuses on developing staff, coordinating production, and driving continuous improvement across facilities. The position requires ensuring compliance with MSHA/OSHA/EPA and other regulations, planning production schedules, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Ready Mix, aggregate, asphalt, manufacturing, construction materials, or a similar production environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to effectively lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee plant operations to ensure safety, quality, production, environmental, and customer service objectives are achieved.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to employees at assigned facilities.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
