SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a plant team, optimize daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and timely concrete deliveries. You will empower staff, manage load planning, and collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, logistics expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with strong safety and service culture at the core.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience managing plant teams.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and service delivery.
• Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, and route optimization.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with purpose, coaching and developing the plant team to operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, load planning and route optimization.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor metrics to assess efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of safety.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Support strategic planning and budgeting to improve profitability.
