Responsibilities

• Lead daily ready mix plant and production activities to meet safety, quality, service and ops goals.
• Coordinate workforce, equipment and production schedules for on-time concrete delivery.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product quality and performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal partners to support exceptional service.
