Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring is seeking a full-time Re-Housing Manager in Brockton, MA. The role focuses on reducing homelessness by assessing guests and guiding rapid exit to housing, treatment, and services.

You will supervise the Re-Housing team at the Housing Resource Center, coordinate plans with internal and external partners, and ensure program goals are met with strong data reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills a must.
• Experience budgeting and data management relevant to housing programs.
• Familiarity with HMIS and HUD reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Re-Housing Services ensuring a person-centered, Housing 1st approach.
• Coordinate housing plans with internal staff and external partners to promote re-housing goals.
• Hire, train and supervise the Re-Housing Team and ensure timely coordination with landlords and providers.
• Monitor program contracts, prepare monthly progress reports, and ensure compliance with state and federal contracts.
• Maintain knowledge about services and build partnerships to increase housing resources.
