Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time role. The position offers a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year, with compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Active BACB RBT certification is required, along with strong leadership potential and clinic management abilities. The Lead RBT will coordinate daily clinic operations, supervise RBTs, and support data collection and teaching procedures in ABA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 2-year degree or more (preferred).
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred).
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and admin duties.
• Assist with data completion and learner support.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Mentor RBTs and apply discrete-trial teaching procedures.
