Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time role. You will supervise RBTs, coordinate the clinic schedule, and help ensure high-quality services under the RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.

This role requires an active BACB RBT certification, a 2-year degree or higher, and 3+ years of experience with children/ABA. Availability after hours, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with children/ABA preferred.
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic with supervision.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion and learner support.
• Mentor RBTs and cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as a support person.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
