Job summary

Advocates, a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental and mental health needs, seeks a Center Lead RBT to oversee daily ABA center operations and family-centered service delivery. The role maintains a direct service caseload while coordinating staff, scheduling, and program activities with clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinic Manager in daily ABA center operations.
• Coordinate staff and learner scheduling to optimize productivity and family satisfaction.
• Provide operational oversight while maintaining a direct service caseload.
• Assist in onboarding, mentorship, and staff development of RBTs.
• Contribute to audits, site visits, and quality assurance activities.
