Join Us as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician!
As a Lead RBT, you will support the structure, consistency, and quality of care in your assigned classrooms. You serve as a bridge between the RBT team and leadership, key to onboarding, classroom readiness, and day‑to‑day operations, providing advanced clinical support and independent judgment for treatment integrity and classroom organization standards.
What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced Central Reach (CR) system oversight, including onboarding, training coordination, workflow development, and continuous improvement for new staff.
- Design, develop, and distribute monthly organizational newsletters to align with departmental goals and communication strategy.
- Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities, curriculum enhancements, and craft‑based programming to ensure clinical and educational consistency.
- Oversee strategic classroom organization systems, optimize learning environments, and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Lead daily schedule planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and coordination across classrooms.
- Manage supply chain needs by forecasting, requesting, and inventory control, ensuring operational readiness.
- Lead structured parent communication protocols, establishing standards for ongoing engagement, supply needs, and program updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by designing, coordinating, and evaluating retention programs and recognition efforts.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT in a center‑based service location.
- BCBA student status strongly preferred.
- Detail‑oriented on reports and session notes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems such as Central Reach to provide ABA services.
- Maintain an active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout your tenure with the company.
- Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing with the company (no final warning, not on an active PIP).
Work Location & Hours
This is a full‑time, on‑site position at our Clark, NJ Early Intervention Center. Core hours are 10:45 am – 7:15 pm.

Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $52,000 to $55,000 per year. Factors considered include job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
