Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Scheduling Coordinator for its Clark EI Center. This on-site role (7:30am–4pm) combines advanced ABA support with operational leadership to ensure therapists, clients, and clinicians are properly scheduled.

Qualifications

Experience with ABA services preferred.
Strong scheduling and administrative coordination abilities.
Ability to lead classroom organization and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced Central Reach (CR) systems oversight, including onboarding.
Support training coordination, workflow development, and continuous improvement for new staff.
Design, develop, and distribute monthly organizational newsletters, ensuring alignment with goals.
Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities and curriculum enhancements.
Oversee and maintain strategic classroom organization systems and compliance with standards.
Provide leadership for daily schedule planning and efficient resource allocation across classrooms.
Oversee supply chain needs by forecasting, requesting, and managing inventory.
Lead structured parent communication protocols and engagement standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives with retention programs and recognition efforts.
Deliver advanced ABA services in individual or group formats within treatment frameworks.
