Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) in Wellesley Hills, MA. This full-time role leads day-to-day clinic activities, mentors RBTs, and ensures smooth scheduling with supervisors and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with children/youth in education or ABA therapy (preferred).
• RBT certification required.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred).
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Aid RBTs with learners and data completion.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support for the clinic.
• Mentor RBTs and use discrete trial teaching procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments using formal procedures.
