Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who advances into a leading role at our Stone Mountain center. You will continue delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs and partnering with BCBAs to ensure clinical consistency and strong client care.

This Lead RBT position is ideal for those who enjoy mentoring, taking initiative, and contributing to a positive clinical environment with center-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA or RBT experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or supporting other RBTs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RBTs through coaching, modeling, and feedback.
• Support onboarding, shadowing, and development of new RBTs.
• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy following supervising BCBA plans.
• Maintain professional session documentation and communicate progress to the BCBA.
