Job summary

Advocates in Worcester, MA is seeking a Center Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support operations and clinical activities at the ABA Center. The role combines direct ABA services with an assigned caseload and oversight responsibilities, reporting to clinical leadership and the Clinic Manager.

We offer leadership development opportunities and will pay for you to obtain RBT certification for this position, with schedule Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed: Bachelor’s or RBT credential, or Associate degree with 60+ credits, or HS diploma with experience.
• 3+ years experience supporting children with autism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and external providers.
• Commitment to family-centered and inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and administrative processes for the Worcester center.
• Coordinate staff and learner scheduling to optimize clinical productivity and family satisfaction.
• Provide operational oversight and cover designated times while maintaining a direct service caseload.
• Plan and implement structured center activities that promote learner engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for onboarding and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and participate in audits and quality assurance.
