ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time position in New Castle, DE. This leadership role builds on RBT skills with supervision, program oversight, and clinic coordination to support high-quality ABA services.

Active BACB RBT certification is required, with 3+ years in ABA/education and a 2-year degree preferred. The role includes scheduling, mentoring RBTs, and ensuring service delivery, offering advancement opportunities and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 3+ years of experience working with children in education or ABA therapy.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
• Experience training others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize productivity with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time to complete billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data collection and learner support.
• Mentor RBTs and support learners using ABA techniques.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as a supportive presence in the clinic.
