Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle, DE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician Manager (RBT Manager) on a full-time basis. This leadership role oversees RBTs and Lead RBTs, ensuring client care, safety, and documentation align with clinical goals.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT credential, 3+ years in ABA/education with some leadership training, and is available weekends and holidays. A 4-year degree is preferred, with compensation guided by experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field; bachelor’s strongly preferred.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 3+ years of experience with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of training experience (preferred).
• Availability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train RBTs and Lead RBTs, ensuring all client support team members are trained and follow policies.
• Ensure lead RBTs are cross-trained on appropriate clients.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on schedules and services completed.
• Complete evaluations and performance reviews for RBTs and Lead RBTs.
• Promote growth opportunities for RBTs and Lead RBTs.
• Act as on-call administrator as scheduled.
• Ensure documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
• Observe and report client behaviors.
• Identify hiring needs for RBTs and coordinate with recruiting.
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients.
• Be available for facility tours and stakeholder visits.
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays; overtime when needed.
