Job summary

Autism Care Partners is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician to support children with autism in our center-based program.

You will work one-on-one under BCBA-designed plans, applying ABA principles to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills, while collecting data and documenting sessions. Training provided; 18+ age requirement; Bachelor’s degree and RBT credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; training provided.
• Bachelor’s Degree and RBT credential required.
• No prior criminal history; ability to use technology.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one sessions with children at the center following BCBA plans.
• Use ABA to teach communication, social and adaptive skills.
• Collect, record and summarize observable client data.
• Complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge and ethics.
