Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of direct experience
• Five or more years of operation and maintenance experience with at least five years in a supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with multiple customer organizations and personnel
• Strong analytical skills and prioritization abilities
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance personnel to meet contract and mission requirements
• Monitor performance of personnel and provide feedback
• Ensure infrastructure is prepared and ready to meet mission requirements
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per standards
• Document and report infrastructure degradation and outages per contract standards
• Manage materials, supplies, and property to meet mission requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality program requirements and participate in process improvements
• Provide technical advice to management on operability, maintainability, and logistics
• Other duties as assigned
