Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee ramp operations, supervise teams, and ensure safe, efficient service within the airline network.

The role focuses on coordinating departments, driving training, and maintaining performance metrics. The candidate should have prior ramp or operations leadership experience, strong communication skills, and availability for shifts including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• Minimum age: 18
• College degree or equivalent amount of work experience
• Valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or equivalent travel authority
• Previous team lead/supervisory or managerial experience
• Airport operations experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and PC skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Legal right to work in the United States

• Directs and coordinates ramp service department activities
• Communicates with managers and other departments
• Provides team with tools, resources and training
• Reviews reports and planning data with supervisors
• Assigns work and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Resolves operational problems during tours of duty
