Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical operation/maintenance experience with supervisory exposure.
• Supervisory, project management, or lead experience required.
• Technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical workforce for shift assignments and maintain equipment readiness.
• Maintain attendance records and act as first line for performance and discipline.
