Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of trackside structures, including cleaning walls, windows, floors, and restrooms.
• Carry out semi-skilled repairs of structures, fencing, guardrails, and handicapped lifts.
• Inspect and report problems with escalators and elevators.
• Maintain park and ride lots and trackside areas.
• Supervise safe work practices and provide lead supervision and training to Maintenance Workers.
