Job summary

Qualifications
- Eight years of experience in transportation engineering.
- One year leading complex transportation engineering projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- Experience managing multiple teams and supervising staff.
- Experience with rail planning, design, construction, or railroad-related activities.
- Familiar with capital planning, contract development, and administrative/financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Supervise engineers, technicians, and staff in railroad-related engineering operations.
- Plan, assign, and review section work and procedures.
- Provide staff training and conduct performance evaluations.
- Act as Project Manager for multi-million-dollar rail projects including electrification and signaling.
- Coordinate design elements and prepare cost estimates, standards, and specs.
