Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced technical or business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ROS technology and solutions strategy.
• Lead ROS R&D technology roadmap and investments.
• Drive innovation across treatment planning, imaging, and delivery.
• Provide leadership for systems engineering and solution architecture.
• Set architectural direction and governance across ROS portfolio.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering organization.
