Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering, technology, or product development experience.
• 7+ years in people leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience in regulated medical device or healthcare tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ROS technology and solutions strategy across oncology.
• Lead ROS R&D technology roadmap and investments.
• Drive innovation across treatment planning, management, imaging, delivery, and QA.
• Provide leadership for systems engineering and solution architecture.
• Develop a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering organization.
