Echodyne is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Manager to lead a team of test engineers and technicians, shaping the design and deployment of production test systems for its radar products.

The role requires deep RF/microwave knowledge, experience with PCBAs, and collaboration across design, systems, and supplier quality teams to ensure quality and efficiency. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership of test engineering teams in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience designing and fabricating custom test systems.
• Experience with statistical data analysis to improve processes.
• Knowledge of RF/MW measurement instruments.
• Ability to coordinate with contract manufacturers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of test engineers and technicians.
• Define sub-system and system level test coverage.
• Design, develop and release new manufacturing test processes and test systems.
• Collaborate with third-party test integration companies.
• Generate DFT guidelines to inform radar designs.
• Manage PCBA testing at suppliers and in-house.
• Lead corrective action and continuous improvement projects.
