Job summary

Echodyne in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Senior RF Test / Debug Engineer to advance our high‑performance radar systems. You will lead RF measurements, troubleshoot complex failure modes, and collaborate with EE, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust production ready designs.

You will apply RF test methods to microwave circuits, develop fixtures, mentor junior staff, and drive root‑cause investigations as Echodyne scales its radar technology for automotive, aerospace, and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with micro-electronics PCAs in a lab environment.
• Familiarity with ESD equipment and procedures.
• Experience using RF test equipment at microwave frequencies.
• Knowledge of RF metrics such as return-loss, gain, noise-figure, compression point, bandwidth.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and logic analyzers.
• Experience analyzing test results for root-cause analysis.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform measurements and extended tests on Echodyne Radar RF subsystems and components.
• Compile and analyze the resulting data into key performance metrics and root-cause insights.
• Troubleshoot complex RF failure modes.
• Design, maintain and improve RF test and measurement capabilities, fixtures, and equipment.
• Collaborate with electrical engineering, systems, and manufacturing teams to define metrics and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
